As agents, we are already doing this all the time. Next time you go tour a home, simply pull out your cell phone and create a quick walk-through video highlighting the top features of a home. These types of videos get so many views! Why? Because people are naturally curious, they want to know what a $400,000 house gets them in their area. You’ll get views, comments, reactions, and shares! And if you happen to have any serious buyers ready to make a move, who do you think they will call when they want to get started? - Testimonial videos.
These days, before anyone buys a product or chooses an Airbnb to book. Where do they go? Straight to the reviews, less than 5 stars, pass. Nothing speaks louder for your business than happy testimonials from your clients! They serve as validation that you’re good at what you do and that you deliver the results they want. Social proof is POWERFUL, clients will research you online before they ever meet you in person. And if you have these types of social proof to support why they should work with you, chances are they’ve already chosen you as their agent. - Real estate market updates.
What’s the most common question people ask when they find out that you’re a real estate agent? How’s the market? Everyone is curious about how the market is doing whether or not they are actively or passively considering buying or selling. People just want to know information straight from the source. Providing short video updates on the state of the real estate market will help you build a following and potential customers that will reach out to you when they are ready. You’re providing value to them and at the same time, building yourself a reputation as a local expert. - Educational videos:
Not everyone is an expert on real estate or cares to be. However, when someone needs specific information, where do people go? The internet, Google, or Youtube. If you can consistently provide a variety of useful videos on topics related to buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Then you are providing value to potential customers. Which establishes yourself as an authority in the space and builds trust. - Live video Q&A sessions:
Consider hosting live video Q&A sessions to engage with potential customers and answer their questions in real-time.
