Get Free Leads with KvCore

A CRM or customer relationship management software is a must for helping you follow up and keep track of leads, current clients, and past clients. In addition, they are invaluable tools for generating FREE organic leads for your agent business. That’s right zero dollars spent on marketing. I’m only going to be talking about KvCore specifically because that is the CRM that I use. So here are some of the ways that agents can utilize KvCore to help generate free leads!

  1. Agent website with built-in IDX access to your local MLS
    It’s the norm today to have a website for your business. But many agents don’t have one, either because their brokerage doesn’t give them one or they don’t want to pay for one. It is very important as well since the majority of buyers start their home search online before they ever talk to an agent. KvCore gives agents a website that has access to their local MLS via IDX. Any potential buyer can visit the agent’s website and perform a search for a property. The website will then ask the visitor to register an account on their Facebook page. That information is then logged straight into the KvCore database as a new lead and is now linked to this visitor. From there the agent can see what properties the customer viewed, how many times they viewed it, and the price range as well as features the customer is looking at.
  2. Sharing listings from KvCore
    Generate and attract leads by sharing listings from your KvCore website onto social media platforms like Facebook. As I mentioned above, KvCore has access to your local MLS. You can pick a specific listing that you know many buyers in your circle or audience will be interested in. Of course, follow the required rules by your MLS if sharing listings outside of your brokerage. Simply copy the KvCore MLS link and paste it onto your social media page. As curious people click and view the link, they will scroll through the pictures. After so many pictures are viewed, your website will prompt them to enter their name and email in order to continue viewing. When the customer does this, that information is then automatically logged into your KvCore customer database as a new lead as well as which property they were interested in.
  3. Landing pages
    Using KvCore you can build a variety of landing pages to help attract leads. It can be pages like “Find out the value of your home”, where the potential lead enters their address only, and then receives an estimated home value right away. From there you can work the lead to see if there’s any interest in selling. Other types of landing pages that you can create are lead magnet landing pages, where you can exchange their contact information in exchange for a guidebook that you created or something else that may be of value to potential customers.
  4. One page listing pages from KvCore
    Similar to the above strategy, when you have a new listing. You can build a single page that is dedicated to your new listing. This also includes the same lead capture strategy as above by simply promoting your listing page on your socials.
  5. Craigslist posts
    KvCore comes with a powerful Craigslist plugin available for Chrome. This is very similar to strategy number two, except you are creating and sharing listings on your local Craigslist. The beauty of KvCore is that it can create these Craigslist posts all with one click automation!
  6. Text code
    KvCore has a smartphone number that is linked to your KvCore account. When a customer texts your smartphone number with your keyword as the subject, typically your name, the lead info is sent directly to your KvCore database. Text code is best for print content that you either send out or physically post, like for sale sign posts.
  7. 360 Home App
    This app is built exclusively for Exp Realty agents and also is integrated with KvCore. This app allows customers and clients to search your local MLS for homes. They can also run market reports. In addition, they can message you directly through the app for any homes that they are interested in seeing or have further questions about. After they purchase a home, they can then monitor their home value and equity right through the app. This helps you to stay in touch if they should ever decide to sell in the future, keeping you 360 degrees in contact with your clients.
  8. Mass email
    Technically this method doesn’t generate new leads per se, but it can help you to restart conversations with leads who may have put their plans on pause. As you fill your database of buyers into your CRM, you can classify them as certain types of buyers. For example, I work with a lot of investors. So I can separate my flippers from my buy-and-hold investors. Whenever a property hits the market that meets the criteria of one of my buyer’s list types, I can simply mass email all of them that listing info. And then the ones who are interested will reply and contact me with a request for more info. This helps me to easily stay in contact with my investors and be top of mind when they are ready to buy again.

These are just a few ways that a CRM like KvCore can provide FREE organic leads for your business. This is just barely scratching the surface of KvCore’s capabilities. It can do much more and has other paid features that can help you generate leads as well. You can use any of these strategies or all of them together to maximize our lead generation. As I mentioned, I use KvCore as that is the CRM that is provided to me for FREE through my brokerage. KvCore on its own is quite pricey, around $500/mo. There are other less expensive and potentially FREE CRM options, however, you pay for what you get. So your CRM features may not quite be the same.
